I still have minor issues with anger but I have found that I have more self-control than some people who aren’t ill and I am proud of that. I have also seen that no matter how much I languish over what I consider bad decisions on my part, they are minor and silly things. In fact, I realize that I am more rational than most other people and often find myself being the voice of reason.
