YoPlus Light Get Healthy Gift Pack
It’s time to announce the lucky winner of the YoPlus Light Get Healthy gift pack!
I had 4 contestants, with one contestant earning three entries. Considering that I have an average of 500 visitors and over 2,200 page views every day, I was really surprised at the low number of entries I received.
The winner of the YoPlus Light Get Healthy gift pack is…
Teri!
Congratulations, Teri! You should receive your gift pack in 2 to 3 weeks. It will include a YoPlus Light duffel bag, sports towel, ear buds and two coupons for free YoPlus Light yogurt.
Teri was our final entry and made it just in time by commenting at 6:05 AM this morning.
This is how the winner was determined:
I wrote the names of everyone who entered on small slips of paper, entering JC’s name three times. I put the names in a box and drew one name–Teri. I felt guilty because I know Teri personally, so I decided to take all the slips and put them in my jacket pocket and try again. Guess who I pulled? Teri–again. Teri, this is your lucky day. Maybe you should buy a lottery ticket.
Anyway, I hope to host another giveaway soon so keep checking back. The other three contestants will be automatically entered in the next drawing.
I would like to take a minute to remind everyone that “Voices of Bipolar Disorder”, from the acclaimed Voices of series published by Lachance Publishing, will be released on January 1, 2010. (Please see the sidebar to the right.) You can preorder it now from Amazon for $11.53. I have a piece published in this book and I am excited about its release.
I am also working on my own book that I hope to complete by the end of November. Then I will begin editing it and hope to have it ready for release sometime in February 2010. Wish me luck!

Just got 3 different flavors tonight at Publix. I can not wait to try the Honey vanilla with the granola on it.
My other fave low cal snack is strawberries and cool whip. yum!
