Optical Illusion and Japanese IQ Test

Here’s a really cool optical illusion.
Optical Illusion
I know some of you are thinking that this is just a black and white picture that appears with color for a few seconds but it’s not. After you look at it the first time, look away once the picture turns and count to 15 and look again. It really is in black and white. The picture is not colored.
Here is a neat little brain teaser. It has been claimed that this is an IQ test for Japanese Its, but I really don’t think it is. Either way, it’s sure to jumpstart your brain. For someone with bipolar disorder, it can be a challenge at times. Some days I can do this rather quickly and some days I will stare at it for a long time trying to figure it out and never come up with the answer. Today is one of those days.
Click the blue circle to begin. Here are the rules:
- Everybody has to cross the river.
- Only 2 people on the raft at a time
- Father can’t be with the daughters without the mother
- Mother can’t be with the sons without the father
- Thief can’t be with anyone without the policeman
- Only father, mother and policeman can operate the raft.

If you absolutely can’t figure this out, I will post the answer in the comments so it will be sort of hidden while you’re trying to figure it out.
I swear the medications I have taken for bipolar disorder have affected my brain and it only works part time now. I had this figured out earlier but I can’t do it now to save my life.
